 BRIGADIER N A C BAVERSTOCK (LATE R IRISH), OBE MA
Brigadier Neil Baverstock will be taking the salute for the parade at the 2010 Bracknell Armed Forces Day Event.
Brigadier Neil Baverstock was born in Zambia in 1958 and, after school in Zimbabwe and Edinburgh, attended St Andrews University before being commissioned into the Royal Green Jackets. He served subsequently in Northern Ireland, UK and Germany interspersed by staff appointments in the Ministry of Defence and UK operational headquarters during which time he transferred to the Royal Irish Regiment to command a Battalion in Northern Ireland. His most recent tour in the MOD was as the Director of Reserve Forces and Cadets.  more |

Like any TA Band the AMS have a varied membership. currently drawn from the wide catchments area of South East England.
Current members' professions include Police Officers, teachers, company directors, and civil servants to name but a few.

Bubble Images provide studio photography in the comfort of your own home.
Sittings take between 1-2 hours with up to 3 outfit changes. You also have the option of one backdrop change to blue, pink or black.
We then return within a few days for you to see your pictures on a big screen at which point you will be able to decide which pictures you would like to buy. more |

The Breakaways Variety was established in 1969.
They perform two shows a year, a panto in winter and a song and dance show in summer.
Apart from the costs of performing the show, all the proceeds go to charity. more |
