12th June BAFD 2010 Promotion Day On Saturday 12th June the Bracknell Armed Forces Day Committee was located in the Bracknell Town Centre, accompanied by HUG Radio - promoting the forth coming events celebrating Armed Forces Day 2010. Local residents held our flag high with pride more

BAFD 2010 Gala Lunch The Bracknell Royal British Legion, Bracknell Royal Naval Association and the Royal Air Forces Association are hosting a Gala Luncheon as a Finale to a wondrous weekend tickets are limited to a first come first served basis. The Luncheon will bring to a close the second Bracknell Armed Forces Day event. Tickets are £20.00 per head or a Table of 10 for £200.00 more

Let us Entertain You - Tickets now on Sale On the evening of the 26th June 2010, there will be a show at the Wilde Theatre, South Hill Park - the show is dedicated to the members of our Armed Forces Past, Present and Future. Tickets are now on sale for this evening show - £10 per person more

Bracknell achieves grant from the MOD The MOD supports many organisations around the UK in celebration Armed Forces Day. The MOD offer grants of upto 40% of the costs to assist with the infrastructure of any event, following review of a successful application. more

Bracknell prepares for 2010 Armed Forces Celebrations – Call to Arms Preparations have now commenced for the Armed Forces Day 2010 celebrations; these will take place over the weekend of Saturday June 26th and Sunday 27th June 2010. It is proposed an all day open air event will take place on Saturday during the day at the recreation field opposite the South Hill Park Mansion. This will be followed by a show of appreciation at the Wilde Theatre in South Park in the evening. Sunday will see dedicated church services and a Gala Lunch. more
